John Bishop
John is a multi-award winning comedian and comic writer, hailed as one of the best young talents on the UK comedy circuit. John first performed stand-up comedy in November 2000, within four months he was the headline act at some of the regular comedy clubs in the North of England. John also holds the record for being the most nominated person at the North West Comedy Awards having been nominated in four different categories with a total of five nominations; winning the 2004 North West Comedian of the Year.
John is an extremely talented guy who has a unique relaxed style of delivery and generates a real rapport with his audience. His engaging brand of observational humour mines his varied and colourful life experience - from fatherhood to cycling around the world, from a successful career in the corporate sector to playing semi-professional football.
